TV Tuesday...

Rob had me as a guest on his show again today.

We were set to talk a little about foreclosures and maybe the effect they are going to have on the Bay Area but he decided to open it up to questions from callers pretty much right away.

Off the top of my head I think we had maybe 3 that dealt with Option Arms.
One had a prepayment penalty issue, and one had a question on REITs but really that's an investment topic and not so much in my territory.

The one problem is that we heard the question but then hung up on them.
That eliminated my getting any additional and important questions of my own answered.
Bummer.

All in all, I love being able to answer questions.
I'd do it full time if I could get paid for it.
