Having a unbelievably difficult time with Bank of America's Loss Mitigation department. They do not communicate and took 6 months to make a decision on the last short sale offer I submitted. Anyone have any helpful ideas?
Six months? Consider yourself lucky. It's taken me 10 months, just to have them deny my short sale and then suggest a Deed in lieu Foreclosure. It has now been a month, and today was the first time (after I let them know I've spoken with a lawyer and demanded some kind of answer TODAY) that I was told that they'd "go ahead and get the ball rolling". I have never had as many problems dealing with a financial institution as I have with B of A. This is insane!
