I submitted a short sale package to Countrywide in November '07. Today is July 31, 08 and I still have yet to get an answer. I have dealt with 4 different negotiators who have ordered 4 different BPO's. Now they came back to me and asked for us to refresh the financial package. If you are going to try to work a short sale with countrywide...it's going to be a long and drawn out process.
