Inside Scoop on Weekend Open Houses

If you are in the market to buy a home,Mike Mueller
or maybe you have been thinking about selling your home and want to check out your competition,
or (maybe like my wife does), you need ideas on what to do with that guest bathroom
I suggested you...
Go Visit Open Houses

(see "The Inside Scoop on Open Houses - Broker Tour Tuesday")

If you can't make it out on Broker's Tour Tuesday (or Wednesday, or Thursday)? You are left to deal with the crowds on the weekend. Generally homes will be open from Noon to 4.

Guess what - there's also a site for that.
It's called HomesOpenToday.com and covers all the East Bay.
The site is run by the CCAR (Contra Costa Association of Realtors).
It's primary purpose is to give you the current, most up to date open home information anywhere!
If there is an open house, by a professional agent, it'll be listed there.

A word of warning though, it takes only seconds for an agent to place a home up on the site.
Many times they wait until the very last minute to do so.
I suggest doing your search as close to noon as possible.

Now that you know, don't forget to say "Hi" when we cross paths in the next open home!
