One of the worst Loss mitigation departments I have ever worked with. No communication whatsoever!
I have been doiing short sales for a few years now. well today I was on the phone with Ocwen and the lady wouldnt extend my short sale payoff date. She told me as of March 13,2008 @ 1:32 pm Ocwen will NOT be doing short sales anymore.
