CA Foreclosure Civil Codes
The following 5 California Civil Codes can have critical impact on those facing foreclosure.
- Non-Judicial Foreclosure - Civil Code 2924
- Foreclosure Consultants - Civil Code 2945
- Home Equity Purchaser - Civil Code 1695
- Rent Skimming - Civil Code 890
- HOA Lien Foreclosure - Civil Code 1367
I purposely chose 5 difference reference sources. While all five sources also have all five civil codes, I wanted to give you a better exposure to the various options available. For instance the State run http://www.leginfo.ca.gov might be a little dry for most readers while the http://law.onecle.com seems to be a referral source for applicable legal professionals, and the http://www.davis-stirling.com site has important features highlighted.
Use what works best for you.
Mike's Hint:
Some of the wording can be mind numbing and hard to follow.
I like to print the text onto regular white paper and then using a plain piece of colored paper to cover the text below, I read each sentence out loud until it makes sense BEFORE moving on.

Labels: CA, Facing Foreclosure, Non Judicial
