Or what is commonly called REOs. That stands for Real Estate Owned.
The other day I gave you the link to Countrywide REO listings.
Now here's a couple other banks.
One caveat that bears repeating; The Listing Agent has a fiduciary responsibility to the Seller in all real estate transactions.
What this means in plain english is that they are going to do the best for the Seller - not you, the Buyer. You should be represented by a professional real estate agent who is very familiar in the process of buying a REO. The Buyers Agent has a fiduciary responsibility to you, that's a good thing!
